It's been quite a while. Nevertheless, here's another dose of me.
A General Distress Call
We're all mere clerks to the admiralty
the shadows in fuzzy pictures of the evolution
plenipotentiaries of our own duress.
The saloons of time don't serve us
so we're left, sober,
on damp meadows of existence.
It's better to choose a senseless protest
than senseless compliance.
